Nature has shaped my life from the very beginning. Growing up traveling the world with a professional photographer as a father, I found my own path behind the camera at sixteen.

A first journey to the Arctic changed everything. The silence, the wildlife, the vast white horizons drew me north for good. With a background in ecology, photography became my way to share the beauty and fragility of these regions.

Now based in northern Norway, I work as an expedition photographer and guide across the polar world. I love helping guests slow down, read the landscape, observe wildlife, and capture powerful images of these extraordinary places.

Christian grew up in the Black Forest in southern Germany, where an early passion for the outdoors led him to climbing, long hikes and cycling expeditions, including crossing the United States and traveling widely across Africa, Asia and Australia. For more than a decade, Christian has guided in both the Arctic and Antarctica, leading expeditions across glaciers, sea ice and the remote east coast of Svalbard. Years in these shifting environments have shaped his calm and precise leadership, helping guests safely explore some of the most dynamic landscapes on Earth while sharing a deep understanding of polar nature and wildlife.

Based in Svalbard since 2019, Fabienne works across the polar regions as a guide, moving easily between sea ice, tundra and open water environments. A true cold water dive master, she loves sharing this passion with those bold enough to slip beneath the Arctic surface. Her experience ranges from ship based expeditions to demanding land journeys, including a three month ski traverse across Svalbard. Her path to the Arctic started much further south, in the Swiss Alps near Zurich. Growing up surrounded by mountains, she spent her early years skiing, climbing, hiking and learning to feel at ease in wild and demanding landscapes.

Miriam is a nature enthusiast from the Netherlands with a background in environmental science and a lifelong curiosity for the living world.  Her first encounter with the polar regions in 2006 changed everything. Nearly a decade later, she became a full time expedition guide in both the Arctic and Antarctica, where she loves sharing her deep knowledge of birds, plants and marine mammals. Miriam has a rare talent for helping people truly notice nature. With her gentle and attentive approach, she invites guests to slow down, observe and connect with the natural world in a way that often changes how they see it long after the journey ends.
