overview

This is a truly unique season: witness the rare privilege of wildlife awakening after six months of polar night. Feel like an explorer on another planet, surrounded by every kind of ice imaginable. Bathed in pink skies and golden sunsets over the fjords, this short early spring window is one of the rarest moments in the Arctic calendar. You’ll venture into frozen lands and take part in the adventure of charting a path through ever-shifting ice, guided by the elements.

Witness the awakening of wildlife.

Pink, blue, yellow, pastel watercolors, each more beautiful than the last, are painted in the sky day after day.

Feel the arctic ice as we are less than 1000km to the north pole.

Set out on the polar bear’s trail — reading signs and hoping for a sighting.
