While internet access may occasionally be available near the Norwegian coast, we encourage our guests to unplug, refocus, and immerse themselves in the authenticity of the experience, far from the distractions of screens.
We suggest to use telegrams once a day (or less) that the crew will send for you to your loved ones.

Transport advices
Tromsö is located is the north of Norway, most of the people chose to arrive by plane.
We recommend you to travel with SAS Scandinaves or Norwegian airline to Tromsö and arrive the day of departure.
Our partner agency will reach out to you after your booking to offer assistance with your flights or train if you have more time.
Our guides will greet you at the airport or train station and accompany you to the departure port. No worries, we adjust to your flight schedule, it's a small town!

Advanced ski level required : ability to ski in all kind of snow conditions for crosscountry ski up to 7hours /days.
It is possible to stay onboard and have some snowshoe hiking for those seeking for more accessible adventure.
Also note that some activities, like the polar plunge in very very cold water, may require that you do not have any heart conditions.

Tromsø is a small, remote town, and most travelers arrive here by plane. You can reach this location by train if you have the time to make the journey, and we're happy to help you with this.

- Pay 100% at the time of booking.
- Pay a 40% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining 60% due 4 months before the expedition departure date.
